As a result of a thorough analysis, it is demonstrated that the state identification mark, the identification components of the motor vehicles, the custom houses identification means etc. are pure examples of non-documentary information. Therefore these can not be identified as a document. Also, it is pointed out, that from the penal point of view, the value title is a document with peculiar qualities. Because of its double nature – document and good – the value title is similar to money, when it is influenced by means of taking, circumvention, concealment, damage etc. In the following of this opinion, the good feature of the value title stands out, because the influencing has a patrimonial character. This is the reason why the Chapter VI norms from the Special Part of the Penal Code „Crimes against the patrimony” are applicable. In case of the influence undertaken by means of manufacturing or putting forth the forged value titles, the fore-plan is taken by the document feature of the value title.
