In the present period of time in Europe we witness the free circulation of goods and persons and it is necessary more than ever the use of some homogeneous juridical regulations, the execution of communitarian sanctions and measures should contribute to the consolidation of international cooperation in the field of criminal law. In the present article there have been elucidated the international regulations in the field of alternative measures to liberty deprivation and their impact on the national legislation, starting from the idea that this permit the perfection and actualization of the legislative internal framework for the observance of human rights.
