Rezumat

This article is dedicated to Antireligious Commission, one of components of public authorities achieved in life religious policies of Soviet state in the years 1922-1929. During this period in the USSR there were three groups of courts anxious for the religious denominations activity: The first group was made up of courts concerned about with the technical part of making of the Soviet legislation on religious denominations; these courts were empowered to register or to take out of registration of the religious commu-nities, to transmit into the use the church buildings and other structures (Depar-tments of cults with the republican, provincial or district executing agencies) The second group that were the institutions which developed religious po-licy of the state, were examining legislative acts which were to be adopted by the courts legislative, executive bodies certain decisions relating to the registration and liquidation of religious communities (Interdepartmental commission with the com-missariat of the justice (1918), 8th department of Commissariat of the Justice (1918-1922), Antireligious commission (1922-1929); The third group was made up of courts held both empowering: to register or to take out of registration the religious communities, have standardized on legi-slative acts regarding the activity of the religious cults (The Commission for reli-gious denominations, established at the Prezidium of VŢIK RSFSR (1929-1934), and the other one which bore the same name, only that operate in addition to pre-sidium of TIK USSR (1934-1938); Council of Peoples' Commissars: union and re-public; The Supreme Soviet: union and republic (1938-1943). During this period there was a great diversity in the courts who achieved religious policies of the state, what was going to abuses of religious denominations, in the Soviet Union. Only in the year of 1943 an attempt was made to unify courts responsible for relations between the state and religious denominations, when the Council for problems of Russian Orthodox Church, and in year of 1944 the Council for the problems of religious denominations were created.
