In this article, the authors carried out a deep analysis, as well as presented the theoretical and practical aspects of compensation for damage in case of loss of an opportunity, as a new civil law institution of the Republic of Moldova, presented as a set of c ivil law norms, indicating on the one hand a circle of subjects, absolute, whose subjective rights have been violated, and on the other hand, the methods, principles and conditions through which the procedure for compensation for the damage caused is determined, its size is determined, caused by the loss of an opportunity to compensate for the damage caused. |
