Background. SML needs a greater visibility as information resource and user awareness of the services and products provided. In e-marketing efforts, SML must increase the application of digital media according to the 7P. Objective of the study. Approaching and re-evaluating the marketing culture in the BSM, studying the marketing content based on current trends in the world. Objective: Analysis of marketing content, digital marketing perspectives at SML. Material and Methods. In order to fulfill the research, a documentary study was carried out in scientific databases, repositories and institutional sites to help identify the sources regarding the innovative marketing tools and technologies in the info-documentary institutions. Both the scientific documentation method and the questionnaire method (disseminated within the BSM) were applied. Results. The Medical Scientific Library is a remarkable institution in the academic information and library space of the Republic of Moldova. The marketing activity is carried out by most librarians who have skills and abilities to apply traditional and modern marketing technologies. The services provided to users stand out for their quality, diversity, quantity and visibility. Participating in projects and developing partnerships benefits the library and its users by investing in librarians' knowledge, donations and sponsorships. Conclusion. Planning, monitoring, adapting marketing in the light of new trends: context analysis, forecasting demand, opportunities and challenges, evaluating the results will inevitably increase the efficiency and maintain the positive image of the SML. |
