The most dangerous form of crime is the power elite represents a criminalization of
politics and politicization of crime. Due to corruption and democracy, which opens doors for
political criminals penetrate into all spheres of activity of a State, the most senior. They are not
intended aim of achieving prosperity of the country, society and the individual citizen or the
interests of society as such will not be higher than personal ones. Once there is such a power elite
society must be ready to chaos, anarchy, their interests are above what any other interests. And
to achieve these interests is guided by the principle that the end justifies the means if the purpose
is noble. And its noble purpose is something other than personal enrichment.
