Background. The main methods of radiodiagnosis in trauma to pregnant women are USG, radiography and CT. USG is the safest non-invasive method for examining the pregnant woman and the fetus. In trauma associated with musculoskeletal fractures, radiography and CT are indispensable. Objective of the study. Determination accuracy of radiology methods: ultrasound, radiography, CT in pregnant trauma. Material and Methods. Study 14 pregnant women with trauma. Performed: clinical examination, abdominal USG; radiograph of musculoskeletal lesions and CT (n=3). USG, radiography data performed in dynamics, compared with CT data. The research was performed according to the standard method. Study funded by NResearchDAgency, project no.20.80009.8007.11, 20.800009.8007. Results. USG performed (n=14) revealed: term of pregnancy; previous placenta (n=7); intrauterine hemorrhages (n=2), etc. USG Results. true positive (a=11), false negative (b=1), true negative (c=2). The USG sensitivity in trauma to pregnant women was 91,67%, specificity 100%, precision 92,85%. Radiography performed (n=12) diagnosed fractures: rib cage (n=3), pelvis (n=3), femur (n=3), etc. The radiography results were true positive (a=8), false negative (b=1), true negative (c=3). The sensitivity of radiography in trauma to pregnant women was 88,89%, specificity 100%, precision 91,66%. Performed: CT of the skull (n=3), pelvis (n=2), etc. 100% CT precision. Conclusion. USG, radiography, CT in pregnant woman trauma, are highly informative diagnostic methods. The significance of radiodiagnosis in traumas of pregnant women was the precision: USG 92,85%, radiography 91,66%, CT 100%. The predictive value of a positive result for USG, Rx, CT 100%. |
