During 25-27 June 1944 a meeting of the CC of PC (b) of Moldova, devoted to the issue regarding the problem of Bessarabia, namely the fact that under the control units of the Second Ukrainian Front was almost a half the territory of Bessarabia took place. At the meeting the word was taken by 23 people, despite the fact that the presence was numerically small. Most of the speakers were people of another ethnicity than the majority population of the region. Strategically the most attention was paid to economy. In this regard numerous references to the situation in 1940-1941 years have been made. Nomenclature was taken as a benchmark. Despite economic realities, the most important attention was given to the construction of new ideological discourse that although had antecedents in 1940-1941 years. Now it was completed. The next question that came from the peasants was a technique one. Otherwise stated, the peasants were perceived as foreign body to persuasionn of whose it was recommended to know the Moldovan language. So through the tasks we had got to the objectives that were formulated in 1944-1945 years. It should be noted that some of them were aimed at the good, despite the fact that the views of members were opposed. The most relevant discourse on the effect was the issue of epidemic typhus, the need to combat it. The possible adverse consequences belonged to Babanov. Another objective was to combat it among horses. Towards the end of the third day of deliberations, Mr. Salogor N. had returned to contribute Moldovan imposed against the Red Army until the end of 1944. Farmers had to contribute with 120,000 tons of wheat, 70,000 tons of potatoes, 14,000 tons of vegetables, lots of eggs and fruits.
