| Rezumat | ||||||
The present article analysis some theoretical and methodological aspects regarding the migration and development nexus. Based on the empirical evidences collected during the implementation of the IOM Support Program for the Returning of Moldovan Foreign Graduates implemented during September 2014-May 2015, the preset study aims at reveling some particularities of the graduates return and professional reintegration in Moldova. The central conclusion of the author is that while supporting programs contribute extensively to the professional reintegration of the returning young professional, in the medium and long term, only the improvement of the structural situation in the country can contribute to the retention of talents and the efficient absorption of knowledge acquired abroad by the local community. |
