In the present scientific approach, the author submits to the research the content and the extent of the special legal object of the offenses provided for by art. 329 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. The reason for its investigation lies in the concrete identification of the social danger of the public person’s non-performance or inadequate performance of his duties as a negligent or unconscious attitude towards them, which injures or threatens the social values and social relations protected under art. 329 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova. The study gets polemized connotations in the context where within the doctrinal heritage there are various opinions regarding this subject. |
