| Rezumat | ||||||
Granting protection to the industrial designs, used for a long time in the traditional
form by the general public, represents a problem with which nowadays comes into
collision the examiner. During the procedure of verifying the correspondence of the industrial
designs to the condition of the novelty there are utilized different sources of information,
including Internet sources. In spite of the fact that Internet does not present a trusty
legal base, today they are used by examiners as data destroying the novelty while they are
the most rapidly accessed. |
