The right of defense is realized primarily through the art of lawyer defender which is a very complex technique, a systematic set of methods and technical means of tactical procedures. The profession of lawyer is closely connected with mastering the art of communicating it and exposing his plea in a way as the original. In addition thei legal knowledge and knowledge of legislation, the most important instrument in exercising the lawyer profession is the word and the speech, of voice the intonation forming the art advocacy. A good lawyer preparing his plea in court so as to provide all necessary arguments to judge the latter to settle the case in a possible transparent manner. |
