The article called "Characteristics of the process of political system modernization of Moldova" aims to present specifics of the Moldovan political system creation and strengthening from the perspective of our country's relations with the European Union. This paper is also highlighting existing system-related deficiencies, as well as main factors influencing this system: agreements Moldova has signed with the EU. Thus, from the theoretical argument point of view, will present the significance and evolution of the political modernization concept and the paradigm of the Euro-Integration and how it is related to modernization. They highlight main theories advanced by researchers about the general political modernization concept and how the Euro-Integration paradigm can be analyzed in this context. The impact of Euro-Integration processes over the modernization of Moldovan political system presents an overview of main creation stages of the Moldovan political system by evaluating most important internal and European factors and analyzing the influence of the European Union over the political system of the Republic of Moldova. |
