Rezumat

In the countries of Eastern Europe and the Republic of Moldova, the need in quality products, natural high is advanced. The number of people wishing to buy organic products is growing clean. These mourning are more stringent when it comes to herbs, aromatic spices, uncooked are consumptions more frequently in contemporary everyday life. Reese of these needs becomes current, obtaining raw materials and products processing quality, polluted with fertilizers and chemical fertilizers. Addressing these issues in our view is the replacement of processes and mechanisms in classical cultivation technology by the organic nature. Implementation of these options allowed us to obtain qualitative raw material as well as a product-spicy-aromatic herbal soak, which was included in the manufacturing recipe balsamic vinegar, flavored oil and wine.
