Rezumat

Compounds of bismuth antimony tellurium and selenium are the best thermoelectric materials known yet for applications and have been investigated intensively [1-3]. It has been predicted a class of topological insulators with large spin- orbital interaction, which is topologically distinct from an ordinary insulator [4, 5]. The experimentally by angle- resolved photoemission [ARPES] has been confirmed that Bi1-xSbx and Bi2Se3, Bi2Te3 are indeed topological insulators. However in 2010 science say that the electron transport measurements present a problem for the theory of topological insulators [1] because Bi1-xSbx and Bi2Se3, that are supposed to be insulators, according to theory and ARPES, are conductors even at low temperature. We believe that the used samples are bed. Therefore the interest in good Bi2Se3 samples. There is a lot of interest in Bi2Se3 because it has a sample surface state structure. For the first time we obtained wires Bi2Se3 by a method of casting from a liquid phase in a glass cover with diameters d > 10 μm. Diameter of a glass cover made 2-3 μm. The method of a double stretch had been received wires with d = 1 μm. Temperature dependences of resistance R (T), thermopower a (and magnitoresistance R (H) (H || I) in magnetic fields to 14 T and temperatures 4.2-300 K were investigated (Fig. 1).figureFig. 1 Temperature dependences resistivity R(T) and magneto- field dependences R(H), T=4.2K, Bi2Se3 wires in a glass cover: 1. d = 1 μm, 2. d = 2.4 μm.It is shown, that the method of a repeated stretch micro and nanowires with use of the subsequent bands recrystallization will allow to receive perfect crystals Bi2Se3, in a glass cover, with diameters less than 1 μm which will be suitable object for effect studying «a topological insulator» and thermoelectric applications.
