This article examines the diagnosis of optimism of a mature personality at its various stages and the results of the optimism level after training. Оptimistic Attributive Style is directly related to constructive ideas about yourself, the world and other people. Personally mature and psychologically prosperous people tend to more multidimensional, flexible and realistic reflections in assessing difficult life events. |
