Rezumat

The article presents the experience of the European Agency for Education for Persons with Special Needs and highlights the opportunities and challenges in the countries that are members of this organization in matters of inclusion. The authors draw attention to the fact that the requirements for schools and teachers in the modern world are becoming more complex: society expects schools to effectively interact with children with disabilities. The authors reveal the concept of “effective interaction” in matters of inclusive education.
