Moldova took the direction to leave the sister-states from the U.R.S.S. Thus the West could not reward the weakening relationships between Moldova and Russian Federation, therefore it occurred the deepening relations with CIS area, at that moment it was vital for the first and non-adherence at him, it would be transformed the Moldova and Russian Federation can not be seen outside the processes like the appearance of multipolar world, the difficulties of the globalization , the extension of EU, NATO and Euroasian Union. Moldova is geographically at the border unions. Commercial and political balance is tilted westward, but their basis in the East. Taking into consideration the environment integration in the European space of Moldova, we can find that Russian Federation is not a barrier to the integration of the former.
