In the conditions of the substantial reducing the quantity of the treated vine-grapes at the wine–making
enterprises of the Republic of Moldova, the matter of utilization of the wine waste for fabrication
of the new products is increasingly actual on the intern and the extern market. A particular interest
there represent the grapes seeds obtained at the processing the primary materials by the advanced
methods and technologies. |
