The definition of organizational culture change is given. The causes of the need to change the culture of the organization and the factors determining the evolution of the organizational culture are provided. The basic methods of culture change are studied, given its characteristics at different stages of the life cycle of the company. The steps to change the organizational culture are proposed. |
