Rezumat

The aim of every human experience is to learn something more about the world, about the environment we live in, our spiritual values and the social influence on our self-preservation. It means that people of all the times recognized an unlimited number of behaviour rules having their source of appearance in history, education, culture, social-economic and political conditions. It is difficult to say what’s good and what’s bad, true and false, because not only every people, but even every man, as a personality, has its own system of values. Axiology – the science about values, was firstly studied by ancient philosophers: Plato, Socrate. In the long run, scientists made the conclusion that axiology is not separated from human feelings, actions, faith, desires; values are what we want, need and respect; they represent the base of the juridical system of a hole society, because people of all the times need their values to be protected inclusively by law. So, nowadays Law has to make everyone of us sure that it is able to satisfy our needs and to prove that general-human values will guide both social activity and the application of the national law system.
