In this article, we examine multiple possibilities of approaching to criminal guilt in specialized literature. The analysis of the content and the forms of quilt, their importance for subiective incrimination is made, as well as the relation between the subjective theories – their role in proving the guit after the prejudicial perpetration. We suggest that the psychological, social and judicial – criminal aspects be taken into consideration when working out the concept of guilt.
