The forms and types of guilt, the intentions and reasons, which characterize the offences connected to the illicit traffic of drugs and their precursor represent the research object of the present article. The possibility of the double culpability manifestation toward the crimes alike is analyzed. At the same time, the clear up process of the circumstances which indicate the presence or the absence of the alienation goal is of a considerable interest. The most significant scientific upcoming comes from the study dedicated to the particularities of the subject of offences related to illicit drugs and their precursors traffic. |
