The Convention on the Rights of the Child is a complex juridical document which unites the civil, political economic, social, cultural, educational rights of the child in a unified and indivisible system. The unitary integration of these rights is one of the greatest innovations of the Convention. The acknowledgement of a large number of rights of the child-human has given rise to numerous classification and systematization attempts. |
