| Rezumat | ||||||
The concept of euthanasia was approached differently during its evolution. Many states punished such kind of actions or omissions for protection of life of human beings; others accepted the practice of euthanasia from humanitarian purposes. Today euthanasia seems to be a very confused and ambiguous concept because of the fact that different legislations try to accept or to incriminate the deed of euthanasia. States and international community try to find a reasonable solution in establishing the status of euthanasia. |
