Presented in this paper results are the key elements in the complex of works on seismic risk assessment for the city of Chisinau territory. Information about the behavior of buildings and structures, collected in the process of analyzing the effects of two strong Vrancea earthquake (1977 and 1986) on the territory of the city of Chisinau was the first time interpreted on the scale MMSK-92 basis. This scale, unlike the previous ones, includes the most complete classification of buildings by type of seismic resistance, and it adequately reflects the modern building up in Chisinau with its 5 types of seismic resistance. Based on the data about age, material of walls and floors and the type of seismic resistance there were constructed a set of empirical functions describing the physical deterioration for buildings of the different types.

Rezultatele prezentate în lucrarea de faţă sunt elementele-cheie în complexul de lucrări privind evaluarea riscului seismic în municipiul Chişinău. Informaţia privind comportamentul clădirilor şi structurilor colectată în procesul de analiză a efectelor a două cutremure puternice din zona Vrancea (1977 şi 1986) pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova a fost pentru prima dată interpretate in bază scării MMSK-92. Această scară, spre deosebire de cele anterioare, include clasificarea cea mai completă a clădirilor în funcţie de tipul de rezistenţă seismică, şi în mod adecvat reflectă construcţia moderna din Chişinău, cu 5 tipuri de rezistenţă seismică. In baza vârstei, materialului pereţilor si tavanurilor, cît şi a tipului rezistenţei seismice a fost elaborat un set de funcţii empirice care descriu deteriorarea fizică a clădirilor de diferite tipuri.

Представленные в статье результаты являются важнейшими составляющими в комплексе работ по оценке сейсмического риска на территории г. Кишинева. Информация о поведении зданий и сооружений, собранная в процессе анализа последствий двух сильных землетрясений зоны Вранча (1977 и 1986 гг.) на территории г. Кишинева впервые проинтерпретирована на основе шкалы MMSK-92. Данная шкала, в отличие от предыдущих, включает наиболее полную классификацию зданий по типу сейсмостойкости, и вполне адекватно отражает современную застройку Кишинева с 5-ю типами сейсмостойкости. На основе данных о возрасте, материале стен и перекрытий и типе сейсмостойкости построен набор эмпирических функций, характеризующих физический износ для зданий разных типов.
