The article approaches the subject of valorizing popular culture, ethno cultural identity. Tackle the preschool education, in order to promote the popular culture in the ethno-value spirit and to form the axiological orientations to the preschoolers regarding the popular art, symbols, traditions, the semantic description of some aspects of the national cult. The paper highlights the ways and means of integrating cultural values into the educaţional process of preschoolers. It also reviews the prospects for addressing national values for patriotic education as an educational priority. The article also contains original meanings, wisdom of the ancestors, inlaid in ritual pieces, as well as elements of naţional ornaments.
