Rezumat

Research works, involving the study of formation, stabilization, structure and properties
of polymer and oligomer (nano) particles, based on physiologically active substances have been
carried out applying modern physical-chemical research methods and using scientific and
technical support of Joint Research Centre “Diagnostics of structure and properties of
nanomaterials”, Belgorod State National Research University, Belgorod. The most efficient
(nano) systems for pre-sowing seed treatment of various agricultural have been detected crops
both in vitro and in field experiments and their physical-chemical properties and structural
peculiarities have been studied.
