There are a lot of activities that lead professional development of students: extracurricular activities, practice activities, volunteering. This article stresses that volunteering has a great role in professional development of students. Voluntary work teaches students new skills, it develops sociability, communicability, creativity, it gives students opportunities to know about needs of other people. Through this paper, we aim to offer certain information, which in our opinion would lead students to contribute active of their own professional development. |
