The image a library has depends on the quality of the communication with its users. Although the communication process in this institution has suffered from the information technologies progress, the trend of using the virtual platforms should be seen as an opportunity to improve services a library provides. The article offers several suggestions and different ways of reaching readers in the real or virtual space, which help a library to maintain and improve its image, receiving positive feedback, confidence and many readers. |
