Rezumat

The specific features of the development of the engineering process for the destruction of strong grounds by electric discharge initiated by exothermal compositions are considered. The energetic regimes of initiated electric discharge that ensure effective destruction of strong bottom grounds have been investigated. It has been shown that the electric discharge destruction process meets all of the requirements on safe engineering and norms of efficiency in the reconstruction of working seaports and river ports and other objects.
