Generalized quasi-Fermi energies of GaAs and GaSb semiconductor infinite quantum wells with lw = 20nm well width were calculated with Tsallis statistics. The calculations were carried out for q = 1, q = 1.05 and q = 1.1 indices. Present quasi-Fermi energies results were compared with literature. We found out that, application of Tsallis statistics to the quasi-Fermi energies of semiconductor quantum wells display a fair agreement with the previous results. |
