| Rezumat | ||||||
Despite the international existant regulations, the torture remains to be a phenomena widely spread both in peace time as well as in times of armed conflict. The combatants are that category of participants within the armed contemporary conflicts which follows to make an exact distinction between the methods and legal ways of leading a war and the torture as a modality strictly prohibited to be applied over people, regardless of their status. The normative international acts guarantee the right of the combatant to be protected in front of the inhuman and degrading treatments. |
