Soybean seeds and the products of its processing are characterized as fodder raw materials for regulating the protein nutrition of animals. Their correct use is possible when taking into account the chemical composition and, first of all, the protein complex. The number of basic nutrients, namely, crude protein and fat depends on many factors, including climatic conditions. To ensure the protein nutrition of animals, the content and ratio of amino acids in the protein is important. And also data on the naturalness of these feeds, which is confirmed by the amount of protein and non-protein nitrogen, in its general content. |
