Currently, both the organizational structure and the functions of the ministries and other central public administration authorities have been constantly changing. On different stages of our state’s existence, the legislator has found it necessary to regulate both organization and functioning of central public administration, as well as its interactions with other state authorities, and the expected results of their structural and functional reforms.
