The article approaches the problem of educational management counseling at the primary education level, coming from the fact that the role of counseling is an active and proactive one, which implies the prevention of the personal and educational crisis of the pupils. There are highlighted the types, the stages of educational counseling and the necessity of achievement of the individual and group educational counseling of the students from primary education level, according to the problem and the personality of the counseled one. |
