The present article investigates a problematic area of major importance with a wide area of understanding in pedagogical psychology, social psychology, organizational psychology and higher school psychology, namely the professional success of the university teaching staff. The aim was to present and discuss the determinants of the professional success of the teachers. Also, we reviewed the specialized literature, empirical data, regarding the need, the goals of evaluating the professional success of the university teaching staff, the sources of information needed for the evaluation, the known methods of evaluation and the errors of evaluation. |
