Rezumat

Public administration in the Republic of Moldova is in a continuous process of modernization. In the last years it suffered major changes due to digitalization of the public services. This study consists of investigations concerning to transparency of public administration authorities’ activity, to the necessity to improve their image through official web sites, and to the promotion of the e-services. Web sites became quickly an indisputable tool through which the fundamental right to access to information, as well as the right to administrate public affairs are realized. Also, one of the main targets of this study was to demonstrate that the principle of usability and e-marketing techniques can be used in the public sector, in order to attract more users. That’s why a well organized, good-looking and efficient web page can have an overwhelming positive impact on the public administration.
