The ageing population is a global, long-term and inevitable process is the greatest challenge for social policy. The most difficult situation in the post-socialist countries, where ageing occurs faster pace, and the necessary social reforms are not carried out at all or not enough. In Ukraine, some parametric reforms to the pension system started only from the end of 2011, but they do not solve all problems. |
