The article discusses the political risks and its influence on the formation of a constitutional state. What is the proportion of political risks for the formation of a constitutional state? As well as the question regarding the European integration, that is so relevant for the Republic of Moldova. Which political risks did the Republic of Moldova take by signing the association agreement with the European Union? The article also discusses the interaction between a constitutional state and civil society of the Republic of Moldova, their risks and mutual relations. |
