This article is devoted to the formation of a management mechanism for adapting management technologies to the needs of the labor market. The use and adaptation of management technologies must take into account the needs of the main participants in the labor market (employer employee), as well as the specifics of the company. At present, a unified concept of substantiating the expediency of adapting a certain management technology in the labor market or in a particular company has not been formed. |
