Recently we can observe the esential change in relative incidence of different nosologic entities among the causes of the valvular heart disease, one of the most important tendencies being the increased number of valvular lesions produced by systemic diseases. Although, in a part of the patients this complication can evoluate with rapid sever valvular regurgitation development, in the majority of patients such valvulopathias have subclinical evolution. Early diagnosis as well as appropriate therapy administration, that comprises both basic disease treatment and heart condition alleviation, are the main options in the valvular heart disease progression prevention.
