У статті аналізується визначення поняття і змісту заходів адміністративного попередження, що застосовуються органами державної виконавчої служби, їх місце й роль у механізмі забезпечення прав і законних інтересів людини та громадянина. Запропоновано власне визначення поняття заходів адміністративного попередження, що застосовуються органами державної виконавчої служби, і розкрито їх зміст. Досліджено проблемні питання правових основ діяльності у сфері застосування заходів адміністративного попередження органами державної виконавчої служби, приділено увагу сучасному стану та можливим перспективам розвитку наведеної сфери діяльності.

The article analyzes the definition of the concept and content of administrative warning measures used by the bodies of the state executive service, their place and role in the mechanism of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of the person and citizen. The actual definition of the notion of administrative warning measures applied by the bodies of the state executive service is proposed, and their content is disclosed. The author investigates the problematic issues of the legal bases of activity in the sphere of application of administrative warning by the bodies of the state executive service, attention is paid to the current state and possible prospects of development of the given sphere of activity.
