The school manager, with their multiple roles and responsibilities, is the personality that represents the real state of an educational body. The diversity of responsibilities of a school manager is manifested through the interaction of educational services, achieved through the latest techniques of organization and institutional management. The complexity of administration is defined by the direct participation of the school manager in developing and perfecting the educational processes, by the appropriate action to communicate with subordinates and students, by the effective management of the staff and the financial stability of the institution, and by the creation of a sound psychosocial environment in the school unit. Through managerial action, the school secures its respective level of development, which is made up of all necessary intellectual and spiritual values of an institutional culture. |
