Bio- and nano- structures have a feature in common – both display a long-range order over the distances significantly larger that the dimension of atom. While this cannot be explained on the basis of the Bohr atom model or quantum mechanics, the formation of complex long-range order structures can be explained in terms of wave model - waves spread all over the universe and can form complex interference structures. The set of waves can be considered as a universal algebra’s generating basis, and the long-range structures can be regarded as elements of this algebra, generated by the set of waves. However, the wave model presupposes the existence of a carrier wave medium. To resolve the apparent contradictions with modern physics, it is shown that the wave model is consistent with the theory of relativity and Maxwell's equations. The last part is devoted to discussion of the stability mechanism of spherical waves and pathways formation of complex ordered structures. |
