Rezumat

The synthetic TlSbPbS3 represents a rare example of a sulphosalt with statistical distribution of Tl, Pb and Sb in the structure. Within the TlSbS2 – PbS system, TlSbPbS3 is the end member of the solid solution series with TlSbS2.   TlSbPbS3 crystals have been obtained by melting TlSbS2 and PbS compounds in quartz ampoules. In this case the furnace temperature rises up to 1250 K with the rate 5 K/min. They have been kept for 12-12 hours at this temperature and then the temperature decreases slowly down to the room one. TlSbPbS3 compound melts at 1130 K. TlSbPbS3 crystals have been annealed at 740 K for 620 hours.
