Rezumat

We shall present our recent investigations referring to induced quantum coherences in certain molecular or artificially created molecular systems. Particularly, such coherences significantly modify the absorption- emission characteristics of these molecular samples. These spectra allow the determination of the involved parameters of interest. Furthermore, in a slightly different setup we show a partial coherent control of the photon emission features including population inversion [1], see Figure 1.
