The article proposes the basics of the integration of natural sciences, didactic approaches to the application of technologies for the formation of professional competences of future teachers of "Natural science". It has established the process of modeling objects from the field of natural science, which have a different nature, qualitatively new character acquire the integration of the leading place. This approach will enable one of the main provisions for the organization of the educational process in higher education institutions - the continuity of the humanities, socioeconomic, psychological and pedagogical, fundamental, professional, practical training throughout the entire period of study - to be ensured.
