This article examines a part of the value of the public interest in the context of the formation and evolution. The author pays special attention to conceptual, structural and static aspects of public interest as well as to public interest bearers. The public interest is approached from the perspective of dimensions, the analysis of the linking mechanism and the points of tangency in ways of its constitution and evolution. The article has theoretical significance. |
