The biological efficiency of the preparation Novaprid WG (a. s. imidaclorprid, 700 g/kg) was low because of drought conditions and rather high temperatures. The imidaclorprid stimulates the development of the phytophagous mites in dryness conditions of the june-august months. The alternation of other contact products is necessary to be accomplished. The dose of 0,08 kg/ha is recommended to control the codling moth and the application has to be done in spring, when low temperatures persist. |
